Hey Good lookin' watcha got cookin - Kale Chips

A new favorite of mine since dealing with the health aftermath of having Livy Joy is Kale Chips!! They are extremely high in iron and taste really good! OH and they are super beyond easy as well! Paul says they stink as you bake them...but I think its all in his head!

What you will need is:
  • Fresh Kale (washed)
  • Seasoning salt
  • Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 325. Shred the kale onto a cookie sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. You will then do a light sprinkling of seasoning salt and place in your preheated oven for 11 minutes (should be lightly
crispy).


I eat them straight out of the oven! Be forewarned...you WILL have green stuff in your teeth!!
